Welcome! We hope you settle in, relax, and enjoy your time exploring Santa Cruz and the surrounding coast. This guide brings together the house instructions and local favorites from our welcome book.

House rules

• No smoking, including e-cigarettes.
• Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.
• No fireworks.
• No illegal substances or activities.
• No house parties.
• No events, weddings, or receptions.
• No pets without prior approval.
• Do not flush wipes or feminine products, including products labeled “flushable.”

Please refer to your rental agreement for the complete rules and guidelines to avoid additional charges.

Checkout Reminder

Before heading out, we'd appreciate your help with a few small things:

• Coffee Makers: If used, please leave them out so our cleaning team can take care of them.
• Dishes: Place any used dishes in the dishwasher and start it before leaving.
• Trash: Please place all trash in the provided bins throughout the home.
• Bedding: No need to strip the beds! Simply leave the sheets in place.
• Towels: Place used bath towels and bath mats in the laundry room. If you start a load of laundry, please keep whites and colors separate.
• Windows & Doors: Close all windows and lock exterior doors.
• Lights & Thermostats: Turn off lights and set thermostats at or below 60°F.
• Furniture & Belongings: If you've moved any furniture or household items during your stay, please return them to their original spots, including outdoor seating.
• Departure: If you're checking out before 11:00 AM, we'd appreciate a quick message letting us know. Otherwise, our cleaning team will arrive around 11:00 AM to begin preparing the home for our next guests.Thank you for taking care of Victory Hill House during your stay.
